跑production之感想

That day we were led to go round the Production Line to observe how trainer teach operators..

Was touched to see a scene and heard a story behind regarding a girl who has already worked here for about three years.
离乡背井，一开始一直做不到一直做不到，烫一条直线就是烫不到就是了。。一边做一边哭。。而如今的她，已经能快速的烫，而且还是很直一条。。
“You will never image how this girl look like at the first time she comes”, “She is so different now”, “She can now sew fast and with quality”

听到这些心里还蛮感动的。。替她感到欣慰。。心想：Thanks for inspiring me with your hard story!

然后另一则是，一位脸还蛮臭的老师，感觉上已经放弃了学生似的，然后那supervisor给予的鼓励的话，也让我感到: 噢～
她是这么说着的：You can do it.. The quality is there, you can sew, just than you do not have confident.”

是信心在做的怪啊~

曾经到现在总是有那么些人，相信你多过你自己。。总有那么些人包容你多过你能包容你自己。。

“Yes you are a creature of habit. You like schedules and planning but you don’t like to think so much. Not that you can’t it is just you lack the confidence in yourself”
“It’s better to do it when you are younger than older.. Give yourself a chance and don’t give up so soon. If you feel like you are still not happy after 6 months then make a decision cause if you hesitate you will be stuck”
“Don’t rush and think calmly”
“Don’t give up until you know you have really tried your best”
“If you have to think so much then you need to question why’

Thanks!! I felt guilty whenever I think you have been so nice to me, and I just quite so soon and can’t have more time with you.. Tears come again….. (Well, I know we shouldn't look back and must keep moving forward..)

Came across what my ex-manager asked me: Yes, you maybe new, also XX like to keep things to herself, but ask yourself: What have you done to improve yourself?” Answer honestly to yourself.. You know when you have tried your best.. 99% success comes from own initiative~

Me: Doesn’t feel good anyway, he has to take AL to send me for check up.. I will make sure don’t get sick again.. haha..
Her: Must take good care of yourself, so that next time you can help them back.”
