Bye Yr 2016

Here comes the last day for the year of 2016!

Thanks everyone that have made me smile and gave me their time, showed me kindness, gave me wisdom & inspiration and many more.. You guys have made me feel so warmth and loved.. <3

This year has been an awesome year.. I have braved myself to make a lot of big decisions.. I learnt a lot throughout this year.. Grateful for the life experiences =)

珍惜那些“看见”你的人，放下那些没把你放在心上或眼里的人，毕竟一辈子不长，天下无不散之筵席，他有没有把你放在心里，其实真的没那么重要而已。。只是一辈子真的不长，要好好珍惜路上的每个过客。。

付出，不要怕吃亏或被占便宜，因为付出后获益最多的是自己。。这句话，我亲身验证了~ 那时帮accounts check claim, 纯粹是因为要帮她忙（她是真的真的很忙那种；而且她也帮了我很多），同时也觉得claim本该是HR & admin 做的。。到了后来check claim就好像是我的事那样。。结果就这样我学会了怎样去check claim, 现在我其中一项JD就是check claim, 对我来说真的好熟悉~

因为某些人，让我觉得其实自己真的很幸运，毕竟我还有选择的机会，还有休息的时间，比起很多人，是多么的幸运~

努力，是为了自己的尊严；努力是因为要对得起自己和爱自己和自己爱的人；努力是因为要感受成长和努力过后的感动；努力是因为你永远不会知道它何时会派上用场；努力是因为义务和责任~努力，是因为不要拖累其他人~努力是因为你喜欢这样的自己~

有时会觉得自己其实没那么重要而酸酸蓝瘦的。。但是换个心态，付出是真心，是心甘情愿的，我为我而做- 为了不让自己在离开时留遗憾，能做的没做/没尽力做好，没好好珍惜，怕自己因为这样而后悔遗憾。。我们控制不了别人，毕竟那是他们的人生，但我们绝对能改变自己的心态，别把自己当成受害者，毕竟某种程度上人是具有影响力的，所以尽自己的能力成为正能量的人！=）














人生很短，何必计较~ 重要的人是不是你或许也没那么重要。。做自己，对得起自己，那就够了~
放手让他飞，也打开心门让自己飞吧！
留意，提高警惕；观察，细心，用心，站在对方的立场想，让世界变得更温暖^^

背后的人

有时会想起那些教会我很多很多的她们，在工作上和人生上的学问。。感觉自己好庆幸，她们总能让我的世界感到无比的美好。。每次想起她们，总是会很感动。。她们的那种默默耕耘；不屈不挠地学习；即使自己在忙却会放下她们的东西来帮你，而且是主动帮忙的那一种。。他们，对我来说是成功的，因为她们能让其他人的世界变得很美好。。她们都有着感恩的心，好学的心，善良的心，细心的心。。

因为她们，我也想成为那样的她们~ 所以一再地提醒自己要不断地学习：多看多听多写，消化再运用，还有反省。。

脑海中突然浮现一道问题：成功人背后的人比较成功还是成功的人？

即渺小又透明的我，虽然也想被看见，但是觉得没必要特别的做作，因为还是选择去相信：要看你的人自然就会看你；and vice versa..

One more thing that enlightened me today is, a phrase..
When a waitress said something that sounds funny and doesn't make sense..a comment from fb, "餐飲界的人也很累。",  yea, is from u, Juan Yih! It enlightened me in some way that: Put yourself in other's place and think from others point of view.. because you will never know what battles others are fighting for.. Just be a kind one =)

跑production之感想

That day we were led to go round the Production Line to observe how trainer teach operators..

Was touched to see a scene and heard a story behind regarding a girl who has already worked here for about three years.
离乡背井，一开始一直做不到一直做不到，烫一条直线就是烫不到就是了。。一边做一边哭。。而如今的她，已经能快速的烫，而且还是很直一条。。
“You will never image how this girl look like at the first time she comes”, “She is so different now”, “She can now sew fast and with quality”

听到这些心里还蛮感动的。。替她感到欣慰。。心想：Thanks for inspiring me with your hard story!

然后另一则是，一位脸还蛮臭的老师，感觉上已经放弃了学生似的，然后那supervisor给予的鼓励的话，也让我感到: 噢～
她是这么说着的：You can do it.. The quality is there, you can sew, just than you do not have confident.”

是信心在做的怪啊~

曾经到现在总是有那么些人，相信你多过你自己。。总有那么些人包容你多过你能包容你自己。。

I was once grumbled working here due to the remuneration package.. I am nothing without you all..

I miss doing claims, leaves, expat matters, all the offer letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, employee confirmation letters, cover letters, insurance maters, admin matters etc, which I felt all these are so small, but now I felt it is very important.. Kinda weird to let others to handle it.. (So after all, my passion is.. where???)

In career path, which is the most important to you?
The people? If yourself has a good interpersonal skill, you won't have any problem wherever you go. The environment? If you are tough enough, you will be able to grow from any environment.. You should be able to identify if you suit the working environment when you go for an interview..
The company? You should do research before taking any action..
The superior? Again, initiative..
Job description? In any career, there must be something that you like to do and don't like to do.. But it is your responsibility to get it done coz you are paid with salary. The foods on the table is from the pay from your company.. Be grateful..
Career prospect? You should have a direction of what you want. No one can help you to decide. That is your life..
Growth?
Learning? Read up, attend classes, do some writing, go google.. Nowadays you have all the resources you need.. Google has been a very good tool~

Today, one of my colleague told me: I found you so cute la.. You really efficient la.. Normally HR very irritating one, but I don't see that in  you.. Wow, I was so motivated and touched!! Thanks Carrie! Just to clarify that, sometimes efficiency is not one person's effort, but it needs the cooperation from the team concerned.. (e.g.: to sign on the letters), and from other party as well (e.g. to do the appraisal and pass the forms back to HR for further action).. We will not be able to proceed without the cooperation from you guys.. Thanks for being cooperative from your side! =)

They never tell me how much they care, but they always show it via their actions, and it is really priceless~ =D
Even just a simple leong shui, or just a simple message, simple greetings, simple meet-up, or some small discovery, e.g.: you cough less during day time but cough a lot during midnight maybe due to itchiness, you have a lot of phlegm, your eyes okay? etc.. all these means a lot to me! It shows how much they actually concern, and all these are priceless, because you can never ever buy a sincere love sincere heart from others!
